On the last weekend of September, Polaris France once again hosted its annual Polaris Camp in the beautiful village of Reygades, nestled in the Dordogne valley.

The 16th edition of Polaris Camp welcomed hundreds of Polaris owners and their vehicles for an exceptional weekend full of sunshine, smiles and a lot of off-road action. These participants represented part of the 12,000 members of Club Polaris that was created in France in 2006.

This central region of France is endowed with large natural areas and steep terrain, providing a real experience that tested both the drivers and their machines. The weekend catered for all riding abilities and confidence levels, offering two 100% off-road routes of more than 3 hours each, as well as two scenic routes that allowed riders to discover the beauty of the region. On the first day, around 60 guests left for a long day of guided touring in the region, and 450 others set off in the sunshine on an exclusive off-road course traced over rugged terrain. For more than four hours the machines and their drivers were put to the test; the ground was slippery and muddy due to the rain from the previous days, and there was no shortage of obstacles. The four-wheel-drive feature of the Polaris vehicles was greatly appreciated as well as the mutual help between the participants to get out of the most difficult sectors.

In the evening, all guests gathered around the campfire to share a drink and several regional specialities, reminiscing about the epic moments of the day. A huge barbeque had been prepared, followed by a rock concert to set the atmosphere alight.

After heavy rain during the night, the sun returned on Sunday morning as the participants set off again for a great day of off-roading.

Attendees were given the opportunity to test Polaris vehicles from the current range, including Sportsman, Ranger and RZR models, on a dedicated test route. The camp also featured a large village, where the entire Polaris range was presented joined by several partners of the brand, in addition to the on-site shop selling the entire Polaris equipment and clothing collection.

Despite the impact of COVID-19, Polaris Camp was still able to take place safely under the Sanitary Pass granted by the authorities, with appropriate social measures and sanitary systems in place.

The 17th edition of Polaris Camp is expected to take place in Autumn next year. For more information, please visit https://www.clubpolaris.fr/polaris-camp/
