The 13th edition of Polaris Camp took place in Reygades, France from 15th – 16th September 2018, welcoming 800 fans and over 600 customer-owned ATVs and SSVs to the sunny Correze venue, organised exclusively for Polaris Club members.

With an action-packed weekend agenda for all riders, owners had the chance to take in guided tourist rides around the beautiful Corrèze area of France. exploring the route to Lanteuil on Saturday, before heading through the paths of La Xaintrie on Sunday.

On both days, Club Polaris laid on additional challenging off-road rides with intense trails through forests, fields, dusty lanes and water-filled ditches, exploiting the full capabilities of the Polaris models. Riders departed from the heart of Polaris Camp village onto the fully signposted route, with breaks organised along the way prepared with local refreshments, medical cover and service teams.

Manu Péan, Country Manager of Polaris France, said, “Polaris Camp gives us a fantastic opportunity to create a real buzz around the brand, strengthen relationships with our customers, but more importantly gives us all a great excuse to get out and ride. The course and terrain offered gives our customers a chance to really put their machines through their paces alongside friends and family. We’re extremely proud of how successful Polaris Camp has become, with a great atmosphere that just gets better every year.”

As well as customers putting their own machines through their paces, model year 18 and 19 vehicles were also available on designated test routes for demonstration throughout the weekend, including the brand-new 2019 RZR S 1000. Tests of the Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo took place around a specially-designed track by the SSV Racing team, who offered adrenaline-charged passenger rides alongside Benoit Fortunato, former World Enduro Champion and Yannick Granieri, French Pro MTB athlete.

Along with the Polaris SSV and quad experiences, Polaris Camp village accommodated all members with a host of displays, shopping opportunities and bars.

Polaris France and partners presented an expo with Polaris vehicles, modified builds and Polaris engineered accessories on display too. In addition to the large Polaris boutique, local businesses were invited to serve their regional food and drink specialities and products, as well as full catering under a giant marquee that hosted the bar and evening entertainment, including a live band and cabaret on Saturday night.

Club Polaris was created in 2006 in France, with a view to bring together all Polaris vehicle owners and create a number of riding opportunities throughout the year. Now, Club Polaris has grown to have over 30,000 members with around 120 local rides organised each year across 60 off-road riding locations. Polaris Camp is the national event held every year exclusively for Club Polaris members, and is the largest Polaris event held in Europe.

Polaris customers can register to become a Club Polaris member for free via their dealer or online, and registrations for the annual Polaris Camp event open in March.
